This Digital Download is highest-rez audio (44.1 kHz/24 Bit-- it will take a bit longer to download, and will occupy more capacity) but, for you audiophiles who'd rather not have their recordings (which were produced with great care to sound as good as possible) digitally compressed into MP3s, this is for you. The physical CD (44.1 kHz/16 Bit) is the physical disk standard for CD players. If you prefer the most compact, quickly downloaded, easier to manage as a "dithered" MP3, then the MP3 download is for you.

If you've purchased an actual CD (same price) which will be mailed to you, that disk can also be inserted into your computer's drive (if there is one) and your regular music player will know what to do to convert it to an MP3 that remains on your drive. Recommended setting is 256 Kbps or greater. Some defaults are 300 Kbps.
