The Cellar Door was and is a cultural gem that shines through the ages with ruby-like brilliance but with the elegance of a rare pearl in Washington DC. It was my metaphysical high-school, performance college and artistic incubator for what has been my musical life. This show will have soulful resonance of the most special sort.

The festival has three stages that host 18 popular, local bands performing music from indie folk, rock, blues, country, reggae, and everything in between. FREE ADMISSION!
The Beat Hotel is a top-drawer bunch of a band that is nice enough to not only have me along for the funk and frolic, but they kill it but good on some of my tunes, as well. I love them, and it's always a treat. Wait...have we done this before--YES! If you missed us at Pearl Street Warehouse last month, well...
Shoppers will find paintings, photographs, pottery, silk-screening, soaps, stained glass, jewelry, woodworking, textiles, ceramics, kids’ items and much more! Kids also love the festival with its crafts, face painting, inflatables and MORE!

It's an honor to be onboard for this retreat. Mack Bailey is an old friend and wow-worthy artist and singer, who now lives and works wonders in Colorado for most of the year. He founded Music Therapy of the Rockies Retreat for Veterans, an amazing organization that appreciates and cultivates all that music has ever meant to me in a direct and effective way to help out those dealing with critical issues. I couldn't be more thrilled to be a participant. Check out their website and get involved!

This'll be a blast. My good friend Demmie hollered this to me, and the more I thought about it, the more fun it sounded. Thanks Dem! In the heart of the beautiful Berkshires! Just me, and probably a guitar. Do I dare bring an accordion??
